Braxton is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Kleos Capital Management. At Kleos, Braxton focuses on all facets of investment and portfolio-related processes, from deal sourcing and diligence to on-the-ground portfolio assistance, cross-portfolio engagement, and fundraising. He brings over 7 years of investment research, deal structuring, strategic advising, and company building to Kleos and its prospective investments. This spanned work as a research analyst at a single-manager long/short fund, an M&A advisor at Lazard, and as the co-founder of an emerging sports research publication working with teams at the professional and amateur level. Braxton is a committed believer in the profound impact that sports can have on individuals and communities and is dedicated to advancing sports as a way to build foundational trust, dialogue, and belonging between people of different backgrounds. He received his B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.

​Ajay is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Kleos Capital Management, where he steers the fund's success through deal-sourcing, due diligence, and cultivating a robust global network. Prior to his role at Kleos, Ajay's journey includes noteworthy experiences as a leader in sports innovation. He held roles as the CEO of Teqball USA and President of The US National Teqball Federation, where the sport achieved unprecedented global recognition, expanding its presence to over 155 countries and reaching a broader audience and market. This includes the adoption of Teqball as a medal sport in events like the 2023 European Games, Asian Beach Games, and African Beach Games, while inking media deals with ESPN, EuroSport and other major outlets. Ajay also served as the COO of Champro Sports, a fortune 1,000 B2B sports apparel & equipment provider, where he helped deliver double-digit revenue growth pre-acquisition. He also serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles Sports Council. Ajay holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering from South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, Bristol, England and B.S. in Business and Economics from Coventry University, England.

Andrew is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Kleos Capital Management. At Kleos, Andrew focuses on all aspects of the fund including but not limited to leading portfolio construction, thesis development, fundraising, strategy implementation and deal management for the fund. With over 12 years of investment experience sourcing consumer, fintech, healthcare and SaaS companies across institutions, family offices, and VC’s, Andrew worked directly with founders creating new category defining companies. Andrew led the alternative asset manager selection team while launching an early-stage direct investment vehicle for a single family office based in NYC. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs and AllianceBernstein in the FICC and Institutional Portfolio Management groups, responsible for the oversight of over $28B of global equity portfolios through growth and value investments within a multi-manager portfolio structure. He received his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University and M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
